House has HEPA+UV filter on central HVAC and softened water; on site washer and dryer in garage. The home is surrounded by native lilac, manzanita, coyote bush, and live oak covered in climbing roses. Friendly, people-oriented potbelly pig hangs out on garden bed side of the house. Pets allowed; dogs must be supervised in pig yard at all times. Smoking allowed outside of house. Lease is month to month. Tenant will clean up after themselves in all shared living areas.

A laid back couple who frequently foster senior dogs and currently have a sweet potbelly pig named Melvin the Magnificent. We both mostly work from home in nonprofit administration and project management.
