The full-sized kitchen is complete with everything you'll need from dishes to pots and pans to coffee and tea pots. It's a large studio with modern stained concrete floors and high ceilings that give it an extra spacious feel too. This fully furnished studio has everything you need for a peaceful stay in one of San Diego's true historic downtown neighborhoods. Although we're new to Zillow, this unit has been AirBnB-ed for the past 3 years and it has almost all 5 Star reviews! I am a long-time Super Host too. My husband and I, (and our friendly mini-Bernedoodle Beau), live in the main house, (a charming Spanish Bungalow at the front of the property), and we are committed to making your stay here as enjoyable and seamless as possible! 6 month initial lease then month-to-month after the initial 6 months. The price includes all utilities. We'll consider a small dog, but there are already two dogs on the property so everyone would have to get along. :) This is a non-smoking ADU (granny flat).
