It's not for entertaining guests, partying or bringing others to hang around and/or in the home. Must be wiling to help with sprucing up the place & making it nicer. It's an older fixer upper. It needs a lot of tlc. Has functional electricity & water, shared bathroom, kitchen, has heat, a/c. *I can furnish bed linens if needed. $100 per week, per person. It's a bit run down & it needs a lot of love and women's touches to turn it into a comfortable, pretty, relaxing haven for us all.
