NO SMOKING in the apartment as well as the patio. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the apartment and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy that applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Guests must be at least 23 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking.
