This rental is available September 1, 2025 to October 15, 2026. I also rent my home during the summer months for 3,000 a week. My Home is completely furnished and has been updated with window treatments, bathrooms, furniture, wood and vinyl plank flooring, easy to care for floors and HVAC heating and cooling on both floors. The home is close to interstate 95 and 295, and route 1. Shopping, schools, hospitals, and restaurants are near by. It is Walking distance to the beach! Owner is responsible for water and sanitary district. Tenant is responsible for electric CMP, internet and Google TV and Netflix. Owner is responsible for snow plowing of driveway. Tenants are responsible to shovel and clear deck upstairs and walkway and the porch need to be shoveled downstairs. Preferably no pets, but will consider on individual basis. There is no smoking in the house. When smoking outdoors, please dispose of the products properly. All recyclables and trash bins go out to the curb on Thursday evening. Trash pick up is on Fridays. The returnables are disposed into the tin bin with a clink bag in the garage. (You can open your own account at Hannaford grocery store on Route 1 at the kiosk) when bag is full, make sure you put your tag on the Clink bag and take it to the Clink building next to Hannaford. Owner needs to be notified when something needs attention at the home. There is an outdoor camera and doorbell and motion detector installed on the outside of the home for monitoring the home when away. Utilities are not included in the rent because electricity varies per month. Owner will take a picture of the bill and text to the tenant on a monthly basis. Owner accepts Venmo payments.
