All appliances (washer, drier, dishwasher, gas range with a hood & a stove, microwave, refrigerator, additional freezer chest). A large corner site with a deck, fenced vegetable patch, and your own playground/playset in an excellent neighborhood with great schools. The house is 2.4 miles away from Cornell (6 min driving _or_ 8 min walk to a bus stop + 10 min on a bus running 4 times per hour). It is also a 10 min walk to cafes/shops, and a 5 min drive to a larger shopping mall. We absolutely love it & hope that you will as well! Renter is responsible for gas, electricity, water, internet, garbage pickup fees, and lawn mowing.
