Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s will result in a fine of $75. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Please respect check-in and checkout times. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing, or otherwise unreturned key is subject to a $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. It should be noted that the apartment is located in Central Portland, near rehabilitation centers. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
