Roof, HVAC, and windows have all been replaced within the past 5 years. The yard and garden are organic. I've spent nearly 10 years working on this garden and this year is it's best yet! The 4 largest beds have custom made pvc pipe drip irrigation systems. I just harvested garlic but have the following growing now, some of which are heirlooms: 3 varieties of cucumber, 3 varieties of tomatoes, zucchini, bush beans, pole beans, 2 or 3 varieties of winter squash, cantaloupe and 3 other varieties of melon, eggplant, sunflowers, malabar spinach, swiss chard, beets, several different herbs, and several kinds of perennial flowers and shrubs. The exterior will be painted on July 5th. Other than that, we would like to sell as is. It mostly needs updating, as most of the cabinets, fixtures, etc. are probably original to the house. Everything is quite functional, but it does look worn. Includes my children's artwork on the walls! :)
