Beginning May 21st (flexible to start until June 1) through the lease end of October 7, 2017. At lease end, you'll have the opportunity to renew the lease. It is a 1 bed/1 bath unfurnished unit with a private patio off of the living room for $1420 a month. Currently, studios at this complex are about $1500, so you are getting a good discounted price. The bedroom is large... can fit a king bed with plenty of room for dressers/end table/mirrors/etc. Within the bedroom is a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage. The bathroom is also decent sized with good hot water and large mirror. The stock picture below of the kitchen is identical to my kitchen, just flipped. There is tons of granite counter space and cabinets for food & dish storage. The granite island fits 4 stools nicely around it and the whole kitchen has good lighting. The living room is just off the kitchen, a large open space in all. The living room is carpeted, currently I have a 3 seat couch, reclining chair and large coffee table which all fits comfortable in the room. The patio is also nice although I haven't used it that much. Neighbors are very quiet, I haven't heard loud music, parties, domestic arguments, footsteps/etc in my 7 or so months living here. I currently have a parking spot as well which is $65 a month, it is an assigned space covered in the garage. That is optional for you to take over. I know plenty of folks who street park, but I like not having to remember where my car is. About the Complex - Honestly, I love the complex. It's easy access to the Highlands & Downtown, $5 uber, $2.50 uber pool. In the main building you have a pool which is open and heated year round. The gym has a great downtown view and the party room has billiards, shuffleboard and large TVs. The leasing office ladies are very nice and helpful unlike many management companies I've encountered.
