Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. Located in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, this apartment is near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. The location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. USF is 5 minutes away (2.2 miles), MOSI is 8 minutes away (4.2 miles), Busch Gardens Tampa is an 11-minute drive (4.5 miles), Takomah Trail Park is a 10-minute drive (5.1 miles), and Lettuce Lake Park is a 13-minute drive (5.9 miles). Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. It is expected that any mess and/or pet waste is cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
