The Building has well lit off street parking and locking exterior doors for security. The interior hallways and stairs get cleaned every two weeks and Hawks pest control comes on property once a month. We have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit available with hardwood floors on the front side of the property next to the covered patio on Douglas St. We sign 1 year leases but can do a shorter term for additional cost. Electric is the only utility residents are required to pay. Covered parking stalls are available for an additional $20/month. Some pets accepted with deposit ($150 per dog and $300 per cat), plus $25/month pet rent per pet.
