It's also a few minute walk from Bart, Safeway and CVS. The House: This tri-level home has three bedrooms that each have their own private bathrooms. There's a large shared kitchen area, a powder room, a balcony off the living room and a washer and dryer downstairs. The room that's available is located on the third floor and comes with all utilities (internet, trash, gas, and electricity) included for $1350 per month. PG&E monthly allowance is $150 per month and amount above this is split between three tenants. Available for move-in starting Sunday, September 8th. The Area: Quiet, homey, friendly well-kept neighborhood. A 7 minute walk to Bart, a 4 minute walk from Todos Santos Plaza, and across the street from Safeway and CVS. Ideal location for commuters and those who enjoy the local music festivals, farmers markets, and being near a downtown. The development has many young working professionals living in the neighborhood. The Housemates: 2 male working professionals live in the home. They are respectful with open communication and a laid back nature. They enjoy gaming and the outdoors.
