Between Indianola Ave. and High St. and one block North of Hudson St. these modern two bedroom apartments have hardwood floors, large living room and two off street parking spaces. The lease begins August 15th, 2025, and ends July 31st, 2026. Rent is due on the 15th of each month with a five-day grace period on payments until the 21st. If the account balance on the 21st is greater than $100 a late fee of $50 is charged. Tenants have the option to renew at any time. For the utilities, tenants are responsible for electric(AEP), gas(Columbia Gas), and any additional services such as internet, TV, and phone.
