Hi everyone, my housemate and I are looking for someone to fill a room in our beautiful 3 bedroom upstairs rental. It is a master bedroom with a private full bath and a north facing window that gets great light. We have a backyard, which I just put new bricks in last summer, and it has plenty of space for gardening(see second to last photo). We are both nursing students at USF and looking for a female identifying young adult who is friendly and respectful of our studies. We are both very social and will often watch the bachelor and have movie nights which you would be welcomed to join us in. The room is 1460+ utilities and our house is just a 3 minute walk to muni. Laundry on site. Must be clean, kind, follow COVID guidelines/ recommendations, and be cat friendly(see last photo). Please message me for more info!
