Additionally, there is two off street back parking pad spaces for this house. We have lived in this home for 2.5 years and we are relocating to Colorado for work. Minnesota is home and we will eventually move back, which is why we are renting. We are looking for a family or a group that will take care of this house while we are away. We don't have a timeline associated with the move so we can take our time to vet renters; we want to ensure our neighbors and community are taken into consideration. All utilities are included in the rental price, including gas, water, electricity, sewer & waste, and internet. If cable tv is desired, that would be at the cost of the renter. No smoking or vaping in the house. Pets are allowed but must be properly potty-trained. There is a 1-stall garage that could fit a smaller car, however, it is suggested that the garage be used as storage and the 2-car parking pad be used for parking. 3 cars can fit on the parking pad if one of the cars is compact.
