I'm interested in the financial numbers; therefore, you may hide some data like your social security number and credit card number, etc. Please prepare this paperwork to expedite the move in process which can be provided after your on-site visit if you are still interested.

The security deposit starts at $1275 with presentation of documents that show the ability to pay the rent on time (for example, proof of employment, proof of timely payment of credit cards or bank account with sufficient funds, etc.). Before you move in, you need to pay the first month rent with the security deposit, in cash (or another guaranteed method). The last month rent has to be paid within 7 days of the date the lease is signed.
