Astoria 1 bedroom 1 bathroom (sublet) May 1 through September 30th Looking for someone to sublease our 1 BR w/balcony apartment in Astoria, NY due to job transfer. May 1st move-in date and sublet would have option to renew upon lease term ending on 9/30/19. Anybody interested in subletting would have to go through approval process by property management company (i.e. rental application, credit check, etc). Apartment was brand new when we moved in September 2017 - we are the first and only tenants to live in our apartment since completion of building renovations in 2017. Building has small gym in basement along with laundry room, and a very nice rooftop with views of Manhattan skyline. Apartment building is a short walk to the Astoria Blvd and 30th Ave subway stops off of the N/W lines. Approximately 15 minute subway ride into midtown Manhattan. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and bars within a short walk as well. Neighborhood is safe and vibrant with plenty to do in the surrounding area. Astoria park is about a 15 minute walk from our building.
