So that means I'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease so I can avoid breaking my lease and paying a fee. After the lease ends in December, you will have the option of going month to month, 6 months, or 1 year. Or leave if you hate it. Although I've been here for 2.5 years and love it. It will be available to rent July 1st. Flexible date of June 1st if you are serious. Biltmore Promenade 26th st and Indian School Rd - stacked washer and dryer in unit - gated complex - pool + jacuzzi on premises - Rent is $700/mo, water is included - Deposit is $400 with good credit, and most likely the full $700 w/ not so good credit - Application fee is $40 - Restrictions on Rottweilers, Pitbulls, Chows and German Shepherds, pet deposit is $150 refundable fee and $10/month. Near the 51, 202, Arcadia, Old Town, Biltmore shopping center, 10 min. from downtown Phoenix taking the 51, short bike ride to LGO and all that neat stuff. Please, serious inquiries only. :)
