Looking for the right person /couple/ family interested in a month to month lease. Must be a handy person. I just purchased this property. It could use some cleaning & some repairs or not and I am not able to take care of any of them or interested in putting money into existing building. My intent is to tear house down once I have a idea as to exactly what the city will let me do, what the DNR is going to make me do, have a blueprint drawn, survey completed & building permits secured. This will take me 4 to 12 months to complete. If city allows me to to this project with my plan A. This rental could be for a lot longer. House has a good size kitchen with appliances, living and dining room. There are 4 bedrooms but only 1 1/2 bath. There are 2 porches. One with heat. Main floor laundry room. (there is only 1 appliance sitting in laundry room. At this time I don't know which one it is. Rental comes with the 2 car detached garage. I would not come to your door and bother you but I will be around as Im keeping the pole barn located at 2625-B thats on the lower back part of this 2 plus acre lot. Pets are fine as long as you clean up after them on a regular schedule and I don't get complaints from neighbors. My first project will be cleaning up the dead trees that I think date back to 1908. so I will be around at some point in time to start this project. Renter would be responsible for all utilities, including snow removal. Rental is being offered at below market rate with the understanding that they will need to take care of any repairs or updates they would like to do. Rent will be due on the first of every month (in my account on the 1st) And I do not have the time to chase any one down. Im an easy guy have rented a few houses out over the years to families that had credit problems from past circumstances but had the funds and income to make our deals work. Will post interior photos in the next day.Someone could move in tomorrow.
First & last month rent and security deposit required before move in. 1 month notice by owner or renter on move out. I will do my best to give you a month I need you to move out by. Renter pays all utilities garbage, electric ,gas, snow removal, cable, internet. At this time there is a well & septic. At a future date there could be a water and sewage bill. Please note. I have to hook up to the city sewer system with in the next 9 months. Renter will keep the yard & house picked up of all pet waste. House at all times. Yard weekly. Renter will keep their pets in their own yard, in the house or chain link fence area at all times. All vehicles kept on property will be in working order. Smoking in house is fine. House is being offered at below market rates renter is responsible for taking care of any necessary repairs for a healthy environment. Renter will provide lien waivers for any work they have preformed by outside sources.
