The master bedroom has a King size bed, 2 closets and a flat screen TV. Wood tile is throughout the upstairs with porcelain tile in the bathrooms. A second large bedroom is upstairs with a queen size bed, two closets and bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and a half bathroom nearby. The utility closet downstairs has full size washer and dryer. This hidden gem is an ideal, serene, private getaway but yet close enough to enjoy the night life. Rent bikes, scooters, golf carts or Uber a short, leisurely ride to Duval Street, Old Town, the renowned restaurants, lively bars, beaches, marinas, historic landmarks and shopping. Peak season rates $425 per night, 30 day minimum (per Key West ordinance), plus sales taxes of 12.5% and cleaning fee $250. Winter pool heating fee $300. Small dogs considered with pet fee . Stays beyond 6 months not subject to local taxes.
