The house is conveniently located near the newly opened Grand Parkway for easy access. The house is currently going through a remodeling which includes new flooring, new paint, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertop, and new appliances. The house has a big yard. The property will be ready for move-in on July 1st. Pictures are not yet available due to ongoing remodeling. The tenant is responsible for maintaining the lawn, pest control, all utilities, and any repair less than $250. The tenant will have to bring their own washer, dryer, and refrigerator. The Tenant is responsible for establishing their own utilities. The tenant is responsible for lawn care, pest control, and all repairs less than $250. Small pets are allowed. There will be a $250 pet fee (non-refundable), a $250 pet deposit, and $15/month/pet rent. The tenant needs to bring their own washer, dryer, and refrigerator.
