I have lived at The Retreat for over a year now and I have loved it. The maintenance staff has always been very responsive and helpful. I am subleasing because plans changed and I am now graduating this fall. I am transferring to a one bedroom apartment with a shorter lease. There will be three other room mates sharing this house. I have not met any of them yet but I have been told that they are three males. The pictures are of apartment 75. Apartment 75 is identical to the apartment being subleased (apartment 76) which is right next door. The bedroom being subleased is the only bedroom in the house with its own private balcony. The house as well as the bedroom come furnished and is included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for paying utilities. The monthly bill is split evenly between room mates and paid through a third party company online named simple bills. Rent includes furniture for bedroom and house, cable, high speed internet, and renter's insurance.
