    What the owner loves about this home
    I put in a custom staircase in 2013 that is open and allows the giant skylight to bring light into the main and 2nd floors that is just lovely. I have sustainable hardowood flooring on the main floor, landings and hallway that is made of recycled furniture shavings that are pressed together under 30,000lbs of pressure. This wood is super unique and is 99% recycled wood and 1% glue, and utterly amazing! I love this home, it's warm and inviting and has an aura that brings people together, and has had a wonderfully positive energy for me, and for the 3 tenants who have lived here over the last 9 years. The street is a dead end, so there is no traffic and it's so lovely, quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are all really wonderful as well.
