This rental is for 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and living area. The large room is furnished with queen bed(pictured) and the Living room is furnished. Kitchen has cookware and silverware, dining area has table and four chairs. Fenced in yard, covered car port, fire pit, outdoor seating, barbecue, has washer and dryer, dishwasher, high speed internet, mudroom entrance has lots of storage. good credit is preferred but not necessary. I would just need to see proof of income and references. I will be staying at the house 2-3 nights a week, usually Tuesday-Thursday just for work.
