Washer/Dryer in unit, smoking allowed on patio, access to common areas. Community features swimming pool, tennis court, fitness center, and gated entrance. Room open to single occupancy only, pets can be discussed. Lease will be month to month to avoid a definitive time frame, however longer term renters preferred 6mo+. Smoking outside on the patio. Pet allowed with the conditions: non-destructive, housebroken, no obnoxious barking, and gets along with my pet. Open parking. $3 for parking decal $25 for access card (Gate and community areas) Bathroom is semi-private, because it is in the common area (Next to room), so in the event there was a visitor they would use this restroom.
