Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Golden Hill is a vibrant community, within walking distance to Balboa Park and downtown. It is also near Petco Park, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Medical Center, Scripps Mercy, UCSD Medical, and 10-15 mins from the beaches. Public transit is very close, and you can literally walk to downtown in 5-10 minutes. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. There is a $200 fee per pet for undeclared pets. No unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc. Fees will apply for violations. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
