I am looking to sublet my townhouse in the Southpoint Apartments for the month of June. My girlfriend and I will be moved out by May 25th so the unit will be available starting the last week of May if you would even like to move-in a bit early. We have lived here for two years, have taken great care of the place, and have absolutely loved it! This townhouse has 2 floors with a large bedroom and full bathroom upstairs, and a kitchen, living room, and half bathroom downstairs. Each unit has its own entranceway and there is private backyard area that that opens to a larger grass field. The Southpoint Apartments are right on the 31 bus line (comes every 15 minutes) and this particular unit is as close as you can be (~50 ft) to the bus stop. Laundry facilities and trash dumpsters are also conveniently ~50ft away. We can move our larger furniture (e.g., bed, desk, tables, couch, etc.) out of the apartment before you move-in or at the end of June so that you will be living in a furnished apartment. We are also happy to leave our kitchen appliances, dishes/silverware, and outdoor furniture/propane grill for you to use. These 1-bedroom townhouses are in very high demand with a limited supply so, if you are interested in a longer-term lease lease, I could talk to the owners about giving preference to someone who could take over the lease in June. Price reflects the rent for one month (same amount we pay). All utilities are included except for cable/wifi and electricity. Willing to negotiate on payment for these.
