If renter hooks into landlords Star Link it's an additional 50 dollars per month. A considered pet is 40 dollars per month extra. Renter is responsible for their own snow removal in their yard. They are also responsible for mowing and raking at least 30 feet out from the cabin. No smoking anywhere. Since there are cattle, horses, dogs, cats, bear, deer etc., a considered pet will have to be screened. They can't chase, be left outside to bark, not roam without their owner at all!
