Original owners. In 1967 the original sales price was $28K, but my dad had the builders install an additional $17K worth of upgrades. The most important upgrade was the oversized windows in Living/Dinning Room and Master Bedroom to take advantage of the large panormaic view of the entire Los Angeles/Orange county basin. Some were later replaced with double pane windows. Also, before the drywall was installed, my dad wired the entire house for sound.
