If this is not an issue, great! Utilities are already payed for every month as well as internet service. It is a large house with a large living room and kitchen with appliances such as refrigerators, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also maid service that comes at the beginning of the week and end of the week. It is in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance from USC campus.
