I had to relocate to Washington D.C. and really miss my home. I got rid of my car when I lived here since everything is walking distance, including Piedmont Park and the Beltline. We are a small community of 7 units in the heart of Midtown. Many festivals and fun activities in Midtown and Old Fourth Ward. Trader Joe's and Publix are walking distance as well. Excellent restaurants nearby. I recently installed a new dishwasher, fence and painted the main bedroom and front door. New roof installed last year.
