Tenant is responsible for propane however the tank currently has 200 gallons available. Tenant is also responsible for trash and would need to set up an account with waste management. First month rent and deposit is required at signing. While Pets are okay it is the tenants responsibility to ensure that the new carpeting is not damaged and dogs need to be kept leashed
