Relax on the deck, overlooking the lake or relax at the fire pit and listen to nature. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside the house. Family room upstairs and downstairs. Fully equipped kitchen along with plates, cooking and eating utensils. 2 Smart TV's. Plenty of parking. 2 Kayak, 3 kid boats, tube's for floating and a paddleboard. We do not live on the property Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for electric and gas. Charging a flat fee unless renter wants to sign up for it. Maximum of 3 pets allowed. Deposit of one month due with first month's rent. No smoking allowed. Owner will pay for weed/grass trimming, every 6 month outside house pressure wash. We are looking for a 6 month lease at minimum.
