RV unit for rent available today. This place was just recently remodeled and cleaned. Unit comes with power, water, sewer, and basic lawn-care(cutting of grass) included in the monthly rent. Parking for two(2) vehicles max and concrete slab for you to place your outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Kitchen and living area have a lot of cupboards for storage. This place has enough space for a small sofa set or a small sectional and a table for 2. Bedroom has 2 closets one with double mirrored doors and a lot of storage cupboards for separation of summer and winter clothing or just a place to store necessities.

5 MPH Speed Limit within the Park. For safety, these limits must be observed. Fast and careless driving will not be tolerated.
No loitering, loud noises, or disorderly conduct. The quiet time is 10:00pm 8:00am.
No alcohol in public areas, street, and driveways.
The use of any illegal drugs in prohibited within the park. Tenant agrees to vacate the premises within 24-hour notice if any complaints arise (confidential or otherwise) and Landlord requests move.
Tenant agrees to allow landlord, his agent or law enforcement officials to enter property (including private mobile home paying lot rent).
Two parking areas are provided per lot. Visitor parking is allowed on your lot. If the number of cars exceeds 2 on an ongoing basis.
Fires or burning is the parks are prohibited. The only exception is a charcoal barbecue.
'For Sale' and 'For Rent' signs are not permitted except where erected by MHP Brunswick Air, LLC in the conduct of park business. No business signs shall be allowed except with the written permission of the Park Management.
Mechanical work on cars, boats or other vehicles and machinery is strictly prohibited. Any inoperable or unlicensed vehicle is strictly prohibited and is subject to being towed away by Park Management.
All permanent or temporary exterior additions, such as screened porches, patios, carports, and storage structures must be approved by Park Management and conform to local building codes.
There should be no pets or animals larger than 30lbs. allowed at all, inside or outside the premises. All animals 30lbs.
and under must be approved by management. No wild or exotic animals are allowed. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per household.
If outside, the pet must be held on a leash held by human or within an approved fence. A pet cannot be tied to trees, stakes, porches, or any other devices. Pet must be immunized. Excessive noise or barking will not be tolerated.
Fences must be approved by Park Management prior to installation.
Radios, record players, stereos, television, and any other sounds such as automobiles and motorcycles shall be kept at a moderate level, in consideration of other park residents.
No peddling, soliciting or commercial enterprise shall be allowed in the park without the express written consent of the Park Management
The use or display of any weapon or firearm on the premises is prohibited. This includes BB guns, pellets guns, air rifles and paint ball guns.
Visitors are subject to the same rules as those living in the park. Tenants are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.
Three-wheel motorcycles, motorized dirt bikes, mopeds, four-wheel motorcycles, go carts, skateboards, off road vehicles are prohibited from being ridden in the park.
No television or CB antennas.
No swimming pools.
All household trash must be placed in dumpsters. Large articles such as coaches, mattresses, chairs, etc cannot be placed in the dumpster and is not permitted on the side of the road or stored outside your mobile home. Tenants will have 7 days to clean up their Lot. If Lot has not been cleaned within 7 days Landlord reserves the right to terminate the agreement. Any trash stored on the Tenant's lot that is removed by Park Management will be at the tenant's expense with a minimum charge of $100 that will be added to your monthly rent must be paid with your next rent. Failure to pay will result in eviction.
Daily newspaper boxes are not permitted in the park.
Stairs and porches must be always clean.
Residents are responsible for the appearance of their home. It must be neat, free of litter and in sanitary condition at all times. After Tenants are responsible for the sewer piping to the septic tank and this must be kept clear so that sewage and water goes into the tanks and not on the ground. No foreign objects or grease shall be put down toilets, sinks or bathtubs.
You cannot move anyone else into your home without the prior consent of Park Management. No subletting. Landlord reserves the right to terminate the agreement with 7 days' notice or increase rent by $50 per person if this rule is violated.
All water leaks must be reported to Park Managements immediately. Failure to report a water leak (including toilets that run continuously) will result in a $100 fine and management reserves the rights to fix the leak and charge labor, material and the $100 fine to the responsible resident. Fines will be added rent.
Tenant cannot be a registered sex offender or convicted felon. If tenant becomes registered sex offender or convicted felon, tenant agrees to vacate the premises within 24 hours.
MHP Brunswick Air, LLC does maintain the sewer system. If under ANY circumstance a blockage is determined to be the Tenant's fault, the Tenant agrees to pay for ALL charges for blockages, clogged or crippled drains.
