We purchased 27 Grove Avenue in 2002 and did extensive renovations and upgrades to every room in the house. We took out old asbestos, put in a completely new chef's kitchen, re-wired the house for electricty, put in copper pipes from the street to the kitchen, refinished existing hardwood floors and installed new hardwood in the new kitchen and dining room, completely remodeled one bath room, installed molding and baseboards throughout the house, landscaped the front yard adding a flat lawn, installed new french drain around the property and built a new retaining wall on the north side of the house.
