This is the owners apartment unit, so this is partially furnished, (couch, one bed, some tables, tv). There are slants in the ceilings, so not a lot of large furniture will fit in the apartment. Currently the lease term ends on August 31st, however, It might be possible to continue the lease longer than the August 31st date. I am not sure at this time.
