Huge Samsung Washer and dryer in unit. HVAC system installed February 2019. Mediterranean Manors front office has "new tenant only" requirements before anyone can move in: $250 application fee, background check, credit check, application docs to be filled out by prospective tenant. Front office gives you parking passes and community information packet. (Unit 589 parking space is right in front of front door. (See pic with Toyota SUV taken from front door. Put your groceries in a wagon and pull it right into the kitchen. No front door stairs). Townhouse has a PRIVATE patio area with palm trees and beautiful smelling Hawaiian Plumeria tree right outside sliding door to the private backyard patio; there's a dining table with four chairs, and two foldable full-length lounge chairs to take to the beach! Water and basic cable included, SMART TV in bedrooms and living room (Three TVs total) . Duke electric is not included in yearly leases or six-month leases, but is included in winter months' rental.
