For added comfort and flexibility, there is a twin daybed in the 3rd-floor loft and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, complete with all the necessary sleeping amenities. On the 2nd floor, enjoy a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor spaces with versatile seating arrangements. Units 1-4 each come with a garage parking spot and a plug compatible with an EV charger. The pool can be heated with a $100 fee per day, and early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Two pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. If you rent multiple units, an additional fee will be added to the other units should the pet(s) enter them as well. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. The pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use during the listed quiet hours. Before starting any fires, please verify that there is no burn ban in effect in Burnet County. Igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. There are cameras throughout the complex, and there will be fines if you tamper with them. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and fees may apply. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. If you ignite a fire during a burn ban, you will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. Please note that the pool heater may struggle to maintain temperature if it's below 45F. If the temperature drops below 35F, we will be unable to turn the heater on, as it cannot function effectively at that level. This is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas like ours may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants.
