We raised our family in this lovely house but now it's time to let someone else enjoy this home! We remodeled the house in 2022 with new kitchen cabinets, countertops, dish washer, fridge, washer/dryer, and was fully repainted. THIS HOUSE HAS AC in all the rooms!! Layout of the house: Bottom floor is the entry and a 2 car garage. 2nd floor is the main living area with half bath. Top floor has the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, 2 more bedrooms and another full bath. Live October for free!! Tenant responsible for all utilities. No smoke/vaping inside. 1 year lease. Security deposit is 1 month's rent along with last month's rent due at signing of the lease. Background check/Credit check/Eviction check is $47/person (non-refundable) and will be paid by tenant. We require proof of income from pay stubs, bank statements showing the corresponding pay stub deposits and reference from previous landlords. Tenant must purchase rental insurance and name landlord as an "additional interested" party. Rental Insurance must be carried through the term of the lease.
