Awesome 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in the Beacon Hill / Ranier Valley area. Apartment is located about 3 blocks from a Lightrail station and 5 minutes driving from I-5 and I-90. Unit has new floors, fixtures, and appliances and Washer / Dryer in unit. Covered parking included with rent. I am the current lessee and have been living in the unit for nearly two years. My lease will be up in February but given that I'll be working from home for the foreseeable future, I'm hoping to move to a two-bedroom unit so that I can have an office. I can be somewhat flexible on move-in date, but would prefer to have the unit filled as soon as possible as I have another space lined up. Going forward, you would be working with, and paying rent to, the building's owner. Unit will generally not be furnished, but there are some furniture items I won't need in my new space or am hoping to replace and if you want them, I'm happy to leave them behind. You're welcome to come see the apartment, but since I'm still very much living there, I'd ask that you wear a mask and be respectful of my space in looking around.
