The heart of downtown Saint Augustine is just a quick car ride away. The first floor features a bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo, a dining room with seating for six, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open living room. The second floor offers an open loft bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed, a twin day bed, and a trundle, along with a second full bathroom. The backyard is fully fenced and includes a putting green and a dining set under a romantic pergola. This home is pet-friendly for one dog under 50 lbs. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be applied, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or a rental, with free parking space for two cars included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi, with cars available at all times of the day. The Old Town Trolley Tours offer a fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and the minimum age to book is 21.
