While touring you'll notice there is a security system as well as outdoor cameras, providing 24 seven recorded surveillance and peace of mind. Located Midtown makes it quick and easy to explore, as well as being on a main snow and bus route, you won't have to worry about getting around. It's a straight shot east on Jules/Faron to Mosaic, only taking about 8minutes to arrive. $1900 will be collected on the 1st of every month. A $1500security deposit will be secured before the tenant is allowed to reside in/on the property. All utilities are included (up to an allotted amount per month) Lawn care is provided. No smoking. If there is evidence of smoking in the house there will be a $500 fee. No pets. If there is evidence of pets in the house there will be a $500 fee. No parties. Gatherings are acceptable. No excessive noise past 11pm. This is city curfew and it is respectful to your neighbors. No renovations or changes will be made to the property by the tenant during their stay. If changes or renovations are made, the tent will be held financially responsible for all repairs to return the property to its original state. The tent will be held financially responsible for any damages and lost/stolen property that occurred during their stay. All deductions will come from the security deposit. If damages or fees exceed the amount of the security deposit the tenant will be held financially responsible in covering the amount exceeded.
