The duplex has large closets, food pantry, and linen closet. It has central air and heat, DSL internet, and all new appliances. There is a laundry area for your washer and dryer. We require first and last month's rent, $250 damage deposit, and $100 non-refundable cleaning fee so when you move out, you don't have to worry about cleaning.
