The duplex is an open floor plan, beautiful hickory cabinets, concrete floors, walk in showers, wide sidewalks, front and back porch, and lots of Anderson windows to enjoy the view. It has central air and heat, DSL internet, and all new appliances. There is a laundry area for your washer and dryer. Tenants pay for their own electricity, water, and internet. No smoking or pets allowed. Two car covered parking. Please contact Laura and we can arrange a tour. We require first and last month's rent plus damage deposit to move in. Plus, we charge a $100 non refundable cleaning fee, so when you move out, you don't have to worry about cleaning. No pets and no smoking. We are a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.
