    Great house with fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood close to 2 schools and a great walk to Bon Center. Near Nancy Lewis Park and easy access to Hwy 25. Dogs and cats are okay. There is a "middle room" that has a cat door to it and the back storm door has a dog door to the yard. Tenants responsible for keeping a very low maintenance yard clean of leaves and debris. No water landscaping and no landscaping in the back yard. If you like gardening you are welcome to. Parking for one car under covered parking and space for one more on the street in front of the house. There is a garbage disposal, washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave/oven combo and dishwasher. Tenant responsible for all utilities - gas, water, electric and garbage. No cigarette smoking inside the house please. Tenants are responsible for utilities. The average bill for gas, water and electric is about 160$ to 220$ a month depending on your usage. We keep the temp at 68 degrees and are two people.
