Located in the high in demand Piney Orchard, this townhouse is nestled in the lush, serene woodlands of Odenton, boasting of quiet parks and scenic hiking trails--truly a sanctuary of tranquility and quiet escape even in close proximity to major cities like Washington D.C. and Baltimore.
Upon entrance into the home, you will be met with warm, Autumn tones and robust, affectionate, and fluffy felines eager to welcome you. From the large traditional style window of Room A, the view is framed by a line of trees separating communities that gives the tranquil vibe of nature, and comes furnished with bed, desk, chair, drawers, TV, A/C, and mini-fridge as you need.
Pets that are contained, do not disturb the resident felines belonging to the Landlord, and are unlikely to cause damage to the residence may be considered and added as an addendum to the lease; however, the Landlord will not be held liable for loss of or damage to a pet. The Landlord reserves the right to remove the pet for any reason, but for which would be a concern over property, health, or disturbance.
Tenants will respect the person, space, and belongings of the landlord and tenants. They are not to enter bedrooms other than their own for any reason, even with tenant consent without Landlord consent, unless under emergency, life threatening conditions. Tenants are expected to make their own arrangements with fellow tenants regarding acceptable living conditions regarding but not limited noise level, bathroom use, and parking (first come first serve). Quiet hours are 10:00pm-07:00.
Tenants are expected to maintain cleanliness of their own spaces they use, including the shared bathroom and the stairs, to prevent permanent damage. Tenants also share responsibility of trash removal and return of trash bins.
Guests may be welcome under condition and within limitations.
