We're seeking responsible, self-sufficient tenants who will care for our home as if it were their own. Ideal candidates should be: Handy enough for basic maintenance (changing lightbulbs, minor repairs, tightening fixtures) Comfortable caring for the yard and garden Able to properly maintain a hot tub (monitoring chemical levels, cleaning) Observant and proactive, spotting and addressing small issues early before they become bigger problems You'll also serve as a point of contact for us if anything major arises while we are abroad. About the House: Fully furnished just bring your personal belongings!
