Cleaning Responsibilities Tenant must maintain their room in a clean condition. Tenant is responsible for cleaning up after themselves in shared spaces (bathroom, kitchen, laundry). Failure to maintain cleanliness may result in deductions from the security deposit for additional cleaning services. 8. Move-Out Responsibilities Upon move-out, Tenant must return the room in the same condition as when received, minus normal wear and tear. Tenant must remove all personal belongings and trash.
