This was the old Black Diamond Market in Ewing, the new Ewing Black Diamond was built in a different area years ago. This is a blue metal building, part of the roof has fallen in. The town ran sewer through there years ago, however due to the presence of underground fuel tanks, which have all been removed per DEQ regulations, but the sewer lines were never connected to the actual building. Town water and electric are available on site. There is also a block building behind the metal building that is included in the sale. There's a small stream to the right of the lot that serves as a 'border' line.
