Studio 1: $2000 (includes closet & bigger sq footage) Studio 2: $1800 Utilities will be covered for the first month, then we will split all utilities. I am assuming it will be no more than $50/month/person for wifi, gas, electric, water, & trash. Requirements: * we will process an application for those that are interested after seeing the property. this will be non-refundable. * one year lease or more * must be a working professional, however students & healthcare providers preferred. * no pets, although we can make an exception if you are the right fit with an additional fee. Deposit is first months rent. Utilities are covered for the first month. Then will be discussed afterwards. No more than an additional $50 per month. You will have access to driveway parking.
